Why did you join the team?

I wanted to go back to building things in a growing company.  I knew Ralph our CEO from Vanderbilt, and it was a great fit!

Dayton Mobile Market (Social Enterprise)

What is your favorite part of being on the team?

The daily interactive culture

What is your favorite moment or project during your time at OneStudyTeam?

Opening up Japan to StudyTeam

What is your advice to others looking for opportunities in Global Expansion?

Focus on problem solving and listening. We are constantly solving for problems each day, and that requires us to listen to our users.

What was your fun fact when you joined OneStudyTeam?

Until I was 26, doctors thought one leg was longer than the other.  It actually wasn’t, my hips were misaligned.  Once that was fixed, I was fine.

Favorite age so far and why? 

27, it’s the year people freak out about 30, so I’ve enjoyed watching everyone freak out.

I have written five books, three under the pen name Fernando Giannotti.
